01 Introduction & Eligibility

03 Account Registration & Management

Each user may only open one kuy9 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be confiscated.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kuy9 Support immediately.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
• The mobile number or email address registered to your account must remain active at all times.
• Any changes to your details must be reported to support immediately.
• Kuy9 reserves the right to close accounts that remain inactive after a specified period.

04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on kuy9 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in BDT.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal. kuy9 may place a hold on withdrawals for suspicious transactions until the verification process is complete.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kuy9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.
